The Pursuit of Belonging

Our Black Chamber studio was asked to develop a creative strategy to encourage tenant interaction for a multi-family rental project in Seattle. As our research team got to work, we uncovered some heavily weighted statistics around the loneliness epidemic.

Everyone is working for their best life, and in Seattle, this couldn’t be more true. Smart, cultured, well-traveled and highly educated people are flocking to Seattle to take advantage of the tech boom and go to school. The definition of overachievers, these people have an eye for design, a zest for life, and a yearning for memorable experiences.
