The New Normal

One of the analytical tools that we have developed in our Black Chamber strategy studio is a taxonomy of cultural movements, retailing strategies, and consumer behaviours that we call The New Normal. There are hundreds of these traits in the taxonomy and we use them to analyze programmes, guide designs and predict success of retail, hospitality and development positioning.

Recently we have been making trailers of some of the tools that we have developed in order to introduce them to our clients. Have a look at this dramatic little short.
