McKinley Studios is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our procurement team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, staying ahead of deadlines and making sure the details are right.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Procurement, you will coordinate purchasing, logistics, project tracking, and procurement administration across active projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, FF&E Designers, Finance, vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and receivers to ensure information is accurate and potential issues are identified early.

Location: Calgary, AB
Hours: Full-time (core hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm) Remote eligible: No

your qualifications & skills
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Administration, or a related field is an asset
3 - 5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, procurement, supply chain, project administration, or administrative coordination
Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with procurement, project management, or database software is an asset.
responsibilities
Coordinate purchase orders from preparation through vendor acknowledgement and follow up on outstanding confirmations, delivery dates and documentation
Monitor production and shipment milestones and proactively flag potential delays, discrepancies, or logistics risks
Coordinate shipping and receiving information between vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and internal project teams
Maintain accurate procurement trackers, project records, vendor information, pricing, and digital documentation
Support replacement orders, warranty items, returns, project closeout, and care and maintenance documentation
Assist Project Managers, FF&E Designers, and the Associate Director of Procurement with project and administrative requirements.
