The Noble House is a new vision for seniors’ living in the city. The building’s form emphasizes the importance of the social club on the second level. It houses world class amenities for the residents and club-members including an expansive lounge, lecture area, business centre, studio space and a fitness center; all of this programme within a dramatic tree and light-filled atrium.
At the heart of this project lies the goals of “optimization, socialization, and actualization”, intended to empower the golden age and provide community to its inhabitants.
